The values ​​adopted are based on the principles formulated in the code of ethics developed by the American Association of management consulting firms (ACMF).

 

We deliberately limit the number of missions we handle and we avoid simultaneous commitments in order to give to our clients the full dedication they legitimately expect.

 

 

We will accept only engagements for which we are qualified by our experience and competence. Before undertaking an engagement, we disclose to our clients any detected risk of conflict of interest. When the risk cannot be alleviated in a way satisfactory to the client, we will decline the commitment.

 

As independant consultants, we are committed to objectively advise you in a transparent way, with the good and bad news resulting from our work.

We will immediately inform our clients of any influences on our objectivity, and will offer to withdraw from a consulting engagement when our integrity may be impaired.

 

 

We will keep client information and records of client engagements confidential and will use proprietary client information only with the client's permission. We will not take advantage of confidential client information for ourselves.

 

We will agree independently and in advance on the basis for our fees and expenses and will charge fees and expenses that are reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with the services we deliver and the responsibility we accept.

When required, we will disclose to our clients in advance any fees or commissions that we expect to receive for equipment, supplies, or services we recommend to our clients.

We will respect the intellectual property rights of our clients and third parties, and will not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission.

We will not advertise our services in a deceptive manner and will not misrepresent other consulting firms.
